LeadPilot for local businesses
Outbound for local businesses that sell to other businesses
Commercial cleaning, facilities, HVAC and fire protection companies, caterers and clinics win recurring contracts from property managers, offices and employers nearby. Those buyers are reachable, but owners rarely have time to find them and write to each one.
LeadPilot by Calendarharvest's local business mode researches and writes for business buyers in your service area. It never finds or cold-messages members of the public.

How local business mode works
- On the first step of a new strategy, answer Is this a local business? with your kind of business.
- Enter your service area (a city or postcode, a country code and a radius) and what you offer business buyers.
- LeadPilot researches business buyers in that area, sources and verifies contacts, and writes each email for one person.
- You approve the day's sending; interested prospects book a walk-through or call on your booking page.
The radius guides the research and the messages, but the lead search uses your city or postcode, so some leads can sit outside it. Messages may say you are based in or serve the area; they never claim a distance or walking time to the prospect, because LeadPilot does not know where their office is.
Commercial cleaning and facilities
Firms past the owner-and-crew stage (roughly 10 to 50 staff) live on recurring contracts, and losing one creates a hole that referrals and bids fill slowly. LeadPilot reaches property managers, office managers and facilities leads nearby, with each contact sourced and verified rather than taken from a bought list (lists cannot be imported).
Commercial HVAC and fire protection
Maintenance and inspection contracts are recurring, compliance-driven purchases, so the right message matters more than volume. LeadPilot builds a strategy for commercial buyers such as property managers and facilities directors. WhatsApp steps are available on plans that include them, but cold WhatsApp needs a Meta-approved template and a recorded opt-in, so most cold outreach stays on email. LeadPilot only finds people at companies, so it is the wrong tool for homeowner leads.
Restaurants and caterers
A restaurant or caterer with spare weekday capacity can pitch team lunches, events and office catering to office managers, HR and events leads nearby. A separate win-back feature for messaging a business's own opted-in customers is switched off by default until its legal review is complete.
Clinics selling services to employers
Clinics that offer occupational health, screenings or staff wellness can reach employers, schools, sports clubs, referring practices and insurers in their area. Outreach is about services for an organisation and never uses or mentions patient information; healthcare businesses cannot use the customer win-back feature at all.
What to measure
Walk-throughs, quotes or first meetings per month, and contracts signed from them. LeadPilot launched publicly around September 2026 and has no published customer results yet, so this page does not claim any.
What it costs
Monthly plans: Starter $149, Growth $349, Scale $699 and Enterprise $1,499 per month, a flat price per account rather than per seat. Or Pay per meeting: no monthly fee and $179 for each prospect who books a meeting; the charge waits 48 hours and is waived if the meeting is cancelled. Online checkout is not live yet; to start, book a call. Full details on the pricing page.
When LeadPilot is not the right tool
- You sell to consumers or homeowners. LeadPilot only finds people at companies.
- You need to email a list you already have. Leads come from LeadPilot's own sourcing; you cannot import them.
- You want to send thousands of emails a day. By default each mailbox sends at most 100 a day.
- You want an AI that replies to prospects for you. LeadPilot classifies replies and routes them to you; you write the answer.
- You need LinkedIn automation today. LinkedIn steps are built and tested only against simulated services, and are not live yet.
